Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

United States: 9-15 business days
Rest of World: 12-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PawPack is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders
